David Naleway
PRESIDENT
David Naleway started The Naleway Group in 1996 and has established itself as one of Chicagoland’s premier interior Construction Manager and General Contractor. Prior to forming The Naleway Group, David spent 15 years in the Construction Industry. From Laborer to Carpenter, Superintendent to Estimator, David has over 35 years of experience in every aspect of the Construction process.
OTHER INTERESTS
A Music Major from Triton College, David also Managed and Fronted the Special Occasions Band “Mirage” for 15 years. His passion for Music still involves the occasional weekend Jam session.
Mo Lopez
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Mo started working at the Naleway Group in early 2017. Mo comes to us with over 18 years’ experience in both construction management and property management. Mo brings expertise in both tenant renovations and project estimating focusing primarily on interior commercial construction with limited experience in ground up commercial projects. He has worked on projects ranging from $100K – to over $1M in value.
OTHER INTERESTS
Community Outreach Programs (scholarship and family assistance fundraising) in Aurora, IL. Mo ran a Youth to Adult Baseball League for over 10 years with close ties to City of Aurora. When time permits he plays in the occasional softball league. He enjoys traveling and is a self-avowed foodie. Mo is a new father as well
Alex Hardenbrook
PROJECT MANAGER
Alex has spent time with the Naleway Group on-and-off since summer 2014 in many different capacities. He began as a laborer, then took a job in the office assisting project managing, and now he is currently training to become a full-time project manager. Alex received his Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing from Purdue University in 2016. While at Purdue, he worked for many startup companies and involved himself in entrepreneurial ventures.
OTHER INTERESTS
An avid baseball fan, Alex enjoys reading all the latest statistics surrounding the evolving sport of baseball. He also loves to travel and photograph/film the places he has been.
